Overall a ideal place to work. Excellent work culture, work-life balance, one of the best pay structure and rare type of care u get from company like a family. Above all 101% job security untill and unless u don't want to perform at all.

yes, the work from home gives time flexibility and work life balance. I need not to show off in office, like I am working, while my work usually starts after half day of office hours.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, Ensono is full of opportunities. Only thing to improve is HR dept, they really treat employees like they are giving jobs by their pockets. They treat employees like their personal labor. I have very less interaction with HR so I am good.

Working with Ensono will make you grow and learn so many things in a short time period. Everyone is always ready to help and collaborative here. the most important thing about it is you will be able to manage your personal and professional life, parallelly its environment allows you to become expertise irrespective of from where you are coming.

Work Life Balance and flexibility in working hours as well as Hybrid work model. Management is ready to listen to the feedback and make necessary changes, which is a big positive.

Dislikes

Lateral hires get better job band and designation, which hurts the long term employees. Regular market correction in terms of designation and salary is needed to maintain balance and check attrition.

The workload is high, High pressure on deadlines to meet targets. Would appreciate it if the Management took into account Employee bandwidth in assigning tasks with reasonable submission time.

Company culture and company policies For any outsider who is working for top tier companies , Ensono provides Shift allowances across all shift, Allowances for oncall, transport facilities for pickup and drop, You will feel as one of the owner with the equity program for all joiners irrespective of date of joining. Chennai office infra is likable to most of all. Good company culture and friendly management. You will be invited for snacks every evening. Executive management is approachable and friendly. Hybrid policy is really flexible either once a month, twice a month, or it depends. No manager has forced people to reach office which is really cool. In terms of monetary part you will be respected. Ensono provides a lot programs to keep the associates healthy. Work life balance is 100%. Retirement age as per policy is 65. Compared to 58/60 in similar companies. Variable payout is usually paid 100% or more depends on performance. Heard only during the covid period it was not paid 100%. Increment is always 8% or more by default and is usually more based on performance. There are other companies who falsely promise associates about 100% variable payout based on daily Return to Office, but later change words with If's & But's in their policies. For any one who is going through this feedback to think about joining Ensono, If you are someone who works Hard & Smart and used to work for Indian based MNC in their past.
