Dislikes

Fraud in paying salary Bad management CEO is mentally unstable and starts shouting randomly for any reason Cant even pay for good internet connection Even cant afford good headsets employees usually share headsets Cant provide laptops to the employees asks to use personal laptops

Good product Got to learn many technologies and was challenged Flexible work environment Always paid on time Access to senior management Small team environment (much better for me compared to large IT services company I was at before) Got salary raise even in pandemic

Sometimes late hours (though no work on weekends) Sometimes priorities change quickly due to client requirements

Its a product based company. Experience here was a different as compared to service based company. You get extensive training of the tool, provide good amount of time to practice the solution. Company helped me to grow and opportunity to explore new functionality.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
