Fraud company ,no job safety , fires immediately even you're not in provision period .. without any prior notice without any reason , they .... Playing with employees life !

Everything except one bad experience

Overall experience is good. But one toxic person can ruin the entire experience. Ms. Swati Priyadarshini was one such person. I had a very terrible experience at EBS because of her. What does she do? 1. Threatens to sack you when you commit a silly mistake also. ( We were a batch of freshers still she considered it good to threatenus like that) 2. She is a very rude woman. 3. Even without giving prior information, she expects us to know everything. It was very frustrating to work under her. 4. Her threats included marking us absent for the day and making us lose our days salary....Read More

Some good people in the organisation like Ms.Shipra Thakur and Mr Luvnish Narula ( now left ) made it a memorable experience at EBS. They as Team leaders allowed flexibility at work hours and targets.
