Worst Company I have ever seen in my 8 yrs of career. No Security , no work culture , uneducated management , and False Promises only.

The worst place to work , not even a company, You will feel worst than a laborer. They forced their employee to write fake positive reviews on various sites. They don't give any increment and never give reason for your negative performance rating.

During the years that i worked with Enhance UAE, I worked as a part of a small team that was in-charge of a new department. This provided me with an opportunity to learn end-to-end functioning of the department, most times having had to handle multiple roles at the same time. My experience at Enhance was friendly, supportive & encouraging with respect to learning curve, skill developments, exploring new opportunities & avenues to improve our brand equity. The work culture however was more similar to other Indian management companies in the Middle East, although it was slightly better in our team owing to a completely nuclear management.
