It is Semi Government Company (PSU), giving partially freedom to decision-making. Whatever the roles were given to, should be responsible to same. Getting salary on time. Benefits were as suitable as the roles and responsibility aloted.

In the period of COVID-19 , the experience is good at EIL, only in the month of May our salary process very slow (only for out source employee) , but i am very disappointed the field engineer helth insurance not increase.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
