Working in EIL was very good. All are supportive.Working hours are also good.

Dislikes

I worked as a contract staff so salary was less.But we can claim overtime for our extra hours. That was a very good thing. We need to work on harthals, strikes etc... Because our site was like that, 24 hr working.We didn''t get any compensation leave for those days. Sometimes the work pressure is very high.

About my work..was very challenging.I need to manage 2 big projects at same time.Printing drawings and documents are very difficult because there was no assistant for me.All the works need to be done alone. But it was fine.Overall i got a good experience.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
