Team mates are too cooperative..... No. Back bitting no politics... I like the team mates which makes the environment somewhat breathable...

Team mates are good... Bt the management is totally unprofessional.... They have no idea how to enhance the productivity of their employees... They always expect a fish to fly and keep the fish demotivated by killing her moral every day..... Some pandit has told them not to appreciate their employees rather scold them every day to make their company prosper... As a result, in 12yrs old company, the oldest employee is 1 year old.... Churn rate is unbelievably high there just be coz of management's behavior..... No training is there, rather u will understand all rights and wrongs, when u will commit mistake and directors yell at you as if they have no class at all.. Totally unprofessional.... I m working there since 5 months and feeling as if I am here since 50 yrs, feeling completely exhausted.......Read More

Frankly speaking, I was here for administration Bt do not know what I am doing.... Rather I am doing everything along with what I am supposed to do... So. No boundaries to work... As a result jack of all Master of none...
