Best facilities provider company, best food, cab, zym, gifts, compensation, claims, bonus. Employee caring company. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Not giving night shift claims and public holidays claims to employees who are working in 24*7 environment

This is the best experience of mine as a employee where i used to hear about salary deduction and layoff my company encore is proving full support not deducting single rupees but giving extra money of electricity/Wifi bills. They also providing funds for table and chair. The best thing about encore is its employees who are working hard to earn their living because of excessive unemployment around the country. The best part is Encore don't value it.

Dislikes

Terribly worst management. HRs are least bothered about your issues. No Growth. Management create unnecessary pressure and work load. Very high target expectations. Managers manipulate associate to deliver more than their caliber and they don't even get paid well. Incentive slabs have been lowered down a lot and in return unnecessary workload has been imposed on employees.
