The worst company I have ever worked with. Lied to me saying I am a permanent employee. Joined Encora as a vending partner of Linkedin. Things were pretty smooth. I had a contract of 2 years, in the seventh month my manager is calling and saying from today your notice period starts 28th February is your last day. No prior notice, warning, discussion nothing. I begged literally at least give me a reason of such a drastic decision. He couldn’t help. Encora HR told prior interview its a permanent job role, and if Linkedin project ends they will move me to other project. But things were completely different. In that one month notice period they told me there is nothing available for your skillset look for other job outside. 28th Feb was my last date with Encora, they stopped my salary for obvious reasons as they have to give me the full and final. Submitted my laptop on the same day. After a month when I enquired when will I get my full and final as they told they will credit it within 30 days. Now a new story came up, the IT guy said I never got your laptop hence your full and final is on hold. So much I had to go through to get a confirmation that I submitted my laptop. After that they took 3 freaking months to credit my hard earned salary as full and final. Everyday I used to call the HR mail them to send me the amount. I’m jobless. Sense of responsibility, and ownership is at par a product based organisation... No middle management interference, no one takes 3-3 meetings daily as other Indian IT company does... Clear cut goals and clear cut ownership...

Sometimes can get too much work.. Very few people in the team to get help from... Small small teams

No performance review by manager No proper raise Too much client centric No job security No communication with manager to review your performance Raise is just given on single comment of client.. no review happens with the employees

Very bad and unprofessional company. They buy awards to award themselves only. This company is a clients pet, very unprofessional HRs and project managers. Hire and fire policy, never ever think about employees satisfaction or their reviews. Being a technology company they manage everything on Excel sheets, irony isn't it? You need to fill out your attendance on Excel sheets and they boast themselves as a technology company. All public holidays are always optional which you can only avail once or twice in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..
