The good thing to talk about Emerging Alliance is they treat all employees as a family member. We can learn more things as hands-on experience and so have improved my marketing skill here from starch. Plenty of Opptritires for new joinee and experienced employees also. The company is good to receive the freshers.I like the policy of the company by giving allowances when I am working on offshore it would be helpful and coworkers are very friendly in nature.

Dislikes

Pressure on work is lot when I was in project. I have to work more than 12 hours in a day that is very worse.

It is a challenging work to face different problems instead daily basis and we learn many things when we are in offshore especially in implementation.
