There is nothing to be liked in emaratech since the new chief HR appointed(8 years ago) the company gone from good to worst

Dislikes

ZERO or less then ZERO job security as entire hiring or firing any employee is solely from consent of chief HR (M K) and all other departmental director are either chief HR obedients (like def and dumb) or persons who got management position just by flock (not by skills) The IT head (knows as operations head as well) is one of the worst person who don't have enough courage to stand and always looking for escape goat from his team Even prayers are not allowed on office floor and employees are forced to utilize there 20min daily break quota to go prayer hall, several floors down(which could easily take 10mins including lifts waiting on both sides)...Read More
