The management is very friendly and supportive of the employees. Our boss is also cooperative. Sometimes the pressure is more but which corporate doesn't have it? So, overall it's nice, especially the workplace culture is very flexible and lenient. Impressive work culture with no trace of office politics. Provides a flexible working hour. On-time payment without any delay. Lovely colleagues and a hardcore management. Considerate owner with an extremely linient working environment.

Dislikes

The hierarchy needs to be illustrated with more functional units, to handle diverse operations more easily. Infrastructure needs to be enhanced (a corporate office floor needs to be built and maintained for employee motivation)

First of all, don't believe the 5 stars because management trapped the employees to give fake reviews. People actually hate the company that is why they contribute so many words even after leaving it, just to write the 'dislikes' about the company. Anyway, try to record what anybody is saying because the management and team leaderswill blame you for minor mistakes and tell you that they have taught you this even though they might have forgot to do so amidst all the gossiping they do. If you work in a poor way, there is no job security. But the company provides enough chances to improve. It is a good place for fresher because learning through training is available. TLs and Managers are helpful.
