Firstly I would like to say about the team leaders. Deblina, Rahul Samriddhi and Debarati all of the leaders are extensively helpful when it comes to clarification of any sort of doubts. The only issue in the organisation is some of the leaders take some mistakes personally and they personally questions writer's professionalism right away. I would suggest if any mistake is committed by any writer, they must not take it personally, and try to resolve the issue by talking to the writer about the issue only and not his or her Professionalism.

Okay, first of all the owner Mr. Kaushik Roy is quite good. I worked for this company for two years and he was rather supportive of me when I wanted to work remotely.
Dislikes
The work culture is absolutely terrible. Very unprofessional seniors, they are gossiping behind the newcomer's back. Extremely vile and vicious everyone. Also, the company promotes nepotism. Job opportunities very low. There is no reward for good work, but they will always find a way to decrease your confidence if you delivery poorly.
