After working from home during the COVID pandemic, WFH has become a routine thing now. We have adapted well to it. Team Leader is a responsible position, and I learnt the necessary skills from my seniors. Seniors are co-operative and it has made my job easier. I take each day as a challenge and perform to the best of my abilities. Members in my team listen to me, and I try to learn from them as well. There is a healthy give and take between us. Here, I get to work on different kinds of projects. The project requirements are never the same. There are many new alterations and suggestions that I get to work on. It’s a challenging and is the only reason why I love to work here. I get to learn and work on many new technical aspects. Indeed, I see myself growing well in my technical core, which is good for my profession.

There is no appreciation given to all who work well. There is monthly, quarterly, yearly R&R done only for exceptional performers.

Isn’t it a good thing to have a liberty to show up your creative insights? I would say, I am lucky to work here. I get my freedom to speak and suggest my creative ideas. It takes much of mental efforts to come up with a working strategy. And people around here, appreciate those who possess such quality. It’s a place where talents are encouraged. I liked it.

Many I think would prefer to work from home. However, I would opt for work from office if given a choice. May be it is due to my extrovert nature. Working from office has advantages like in-person give and take, faster communication, easier to get the dependency work done. This gets affected a bit when we are working in a remote manner.
