Earlier, we used to have outdoor activities quite regularly. However, it stopped during the pandemic as work from home was made compulsory then. There was no choice. At least I missed the outdoor activities badly then. It is nice to hang out along with the colleagues. Many of them are my friends now. But safety was top priority then & that was provided.

Work days: Monday to Friday

Time flexibility is there. It helps to adjust the work on a daily basis. Depending on the permission, wfh/remote working is also allowed. Ask, Believe, Challenge, Disagreements, Execution are the things practiced over here. Lots can be achieved here……..

Dislikes

Some of the individuals are not that understanding. You will get all types everywhere………

To honor those exceptional performers, an R&R cycle is conducted for every Monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Everything is kept transparent. There is no biased decision taken.

In this company, employees do get absolute liberty to show their working potential and talent. Saying from my personal experience. There is no one stopping you, you get that freedom where you take your own decisions and work on challenges that you’re assigned with. It has built me strong all these years, and today, I fear no challenge. Thanks for the opportunity.
