If you are in non Automotive company then join and learn about Lithium ion Battery ,you can work minimum 1 year for learning purpose.

Dislikes

Korean boss is bias, Some Indian are also bloody fool,Korean make you like slave sometime you have to work from Monday to Sunday with 12 hour shift.

This is Elentec Korea Group of Company and sister company of Elentec India (SAMSUNG SUPPLIER)

Dislikes

But Elentec Power Management has a separate Korean team. And all of Koreans are NASA scientist who have come to India to build a power for marsh mission from Honda Power Japan's side. Work is different and every person want to achieved them but my personal experience this particular person destroying your life balance and enjoyment. So before joining this organization must think about it.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
