No support from High level managers and team I am working in client environment no support at all I informed multiple times to my manager after join they don't care They require immediate joiner quick outputs which is not possible from day 1 onwards they are expecting high work output. Very much pressure and strees and their is no work life balance at all

They insult south indians who donot obey them and talented. they torture the female employees to make them resign. They just need money. it is not the technology company. it is just service based company supplies candidates to product based companies. HR is dummy.

Most worst is HR policies. They don't listen to employee when anything is really genuine. Employee does not feel heared here which is the really creating depression environment. HR is doing partiality while having the increment cycle and not allowing eligible person on the name of general policy. Not getting the opportunity to work on different projects. If you are in one project fr longer than you will not get other skill learning unless you do not leave the company. Means here no one will listen to employee, most of things will do it on the name of Arrow policy which really does not exist.
