I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. There is no job security here; employees can lose their jobs at any time without warning.The work culture is poor, and many employees have been terminated without just cause, often with the justification that they were not performing adequately, even when that may not have been true.I've had a very negative experience working here.
