Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have interviewed for the position for HR executive at this company. It’s been 2 months, still no response from the team. As an HR I have only 2.6 years but now I feel I have so much HR values than a person who is the HR manager there with 12+ years of experience. As a candidate I need to know any replies from the HR team. The HR told me she will call very next day of the interview and share their review. After 3,4 days they asked me to send salary slip. I sent it to them. After that no replies from their side. Is it a right way? I frequently asked the same to the intern who is there. I got response as HR manager is busy with some other works. I don’t need to get hired by them, but show some courage to inform me that Im not selected (then why they have asked my salary slip) either through call or through Email. I don't know as an intern being there what sort of value she is getting from there. Please try to understand HR is the person who brings value to the organisation and gives an image about the company to the candidates who get interviewed.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - One of the worst company I've come across. The HR and the CHO are the worst people I've come across.. They don't respect the employee after taking interview. They neither reply to the mail Or message. Too much attitude,especially the COH.One of the worst experience I've ever had in my life.
