The experience so far has been very touching in the way I was helped by various teams in settling down in a new country, new organization and new project. Women centric policies caught my attention. I was conscious and cautious about things around me at first as I was resuming my career post 1.5 years gap but once I was at the floor and met the people, all the fear and consciousness vanished.
