Company culture is too good.If we have any issue , the management will hear us and provide a solution. Since I am working mother they allowed me to punch out at 6 or 6.30.Also when have to take leave, they agree with it. Also there are benefits and bonus we get evey year.

Dislikes

Nothing I dislike till now. As every company put pressure on employees during project release, this company also does it. It's not for evey day , may be for a week or two weeks.I don't think it's a negative.

Work Details

The work life at ECSfin is too good. They provided work from home from the day I joined. Also they provide as support we are depressed. HR is also reachable at any time.
