Management thinks they can bully employees and using bad words are pride for them - they don't even have common sense about development environment.

Dislikes

Nothing to Like , i have not written the review in anger but to protect someone who's life can be ruined in a moment i am here to save that person only - even if you want to join after reading my comment i can understand your need but be ready to get humiliate and not cry.

Work Details

No Free thing at all the only thing here is they pay 50% of lunch amount and no hygienic food.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Not good for anyone I will tell you why. They don't hire experience person from which fresher can learn. Freshers wil learn from their own - bad sign if you are fresher. Don't have work life balance. All are non-technical top management.

No knowledge at all from anyone. AC they don't run Feels like workshop Pay for lunch

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
