No job Security No training - Senior will learn from you (expected you to give solution for every problem ) career growth - not at all (they will give 2 digit hike if you put down the paper else no hike) appraisal - this thing don't exists here only bad words you will get. work environment - Toxic Innovation - you have to do this after working hours with manager permission which will take credit for your innovation if success for failed you are the responsible. nothing much, just a fortunately I got an interesting work to do but because of partial and person/manager having disgusting mentality , I had to leave the opportunity. He is fake partial and has no sense how to talk to the employee.

My reporting , he was disgusting at his position, he just dont deserve to be on tht position . One should teach him some manners and also how to respect the everyone's time. Disgusting person

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
