Its a great place to work. You need to take responsibility of the role given to you and consider yourself a huge part of the business. This is not a place for people looking for a pure 9 to 5 job(as the whole industry is functional 24*7). You are constantly in the business and you get to learn a lot. If you work hard focus on your work and get involved in it, you get a really good appreciation. The best performers easily get an increment from 60% to 80%....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
