First of all interview process is worst, if you passed the interview they will give 4 days training and on 5th day they will take test on that basis they will select you and all this is not written in your offer letter. They don’t allow you to learn how conpany works and need you to perform from day 1. Apart from Post SOB, MNR team each and every team is worst. Pre SOB team’s TL one of the toxic person I every seen. Will demotivate you each and every day to perform. Very bad place for freshers especially who joined Pre SOB team will get demotivated for rest of his/her life because great treatment they will get in this team by their TL You can skip working here, instead try to find better place to work do not get attracted by the in hand salary offered by the company....Read More
