They don't pay you accordingly,work culture is worst,even HR's don't listen to employee. eClerx should be your last option to join. The only reason of my resignation is the all the reason mentioned above.

1) For Legal (Statement of Work) Process, they will hire you saying it as permanent role but will ask you to leave after 1.6 years. 2) The Manager will start pointing out silly errors in your work and ultimately, they will put you on PIP for 1 month and then finally ask you to leave. 3) I would suggest new joiners especially male candidates to be aware about this process and select it at your own risk. 4) If you are a charming or toe kissing women then only you will get support from male colleagues in this team and your job will be secure, but even if you are doing 'ok' in your work and you are the man, then you job is at huge risk. 5) My request to all male candidates to select this profile at your own risk....Read More

The work culture is poor, the supervisors keep on shouting to peers on floor. Work Life balance is not there. Abusive languages used by top management to there team members. There are no leaders, only bosses HR is never ever seen on floor

The organisation didn't support the employee for their medical conditions they Just want work and work if you are not fit then. They just say take medicine come to office work life is poor employee medically and mentally sick and if you leave the organisation due to medical unfit and not serve the notice period due to unable to serve the notice period then they didn't provide the experience letter and my question is when I have injury and my doctor advised me to take proper bed rest atleast 6 months how I come for the work they didn't understand and support my medical conditions they abscond me and not give my relieving letter also they charge for the relieving letter...Read More

Eclerx have good project to work for freshers and learn finance related things.

Dislikes

They hire freshers as APM and PM role which really demotivate to existing staff. They will not get promotion if deserving. Salary hike is also very less. Continually change the process with the reason of cross train hence u cant grow or learn things easily and resulted u get less hike. Can facilitate is also poor they dont have proper trunk points
