Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

1. Career growth is slow 2. Two years of bond. No increments in salary. Only diwali bonus there. 3. Some section have lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

Struggling a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learned everything on the job. I got wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
