I have lots of bad experience in ECIL. In this pandemic situation they are extende my tenure only two months because we are pressurized by lebour commission to the Ecil. And after completing 2months they terminate all 187engineers and show the reason that's they don't have any project for these engineers. After they terminate us andEcil create an advertisement for new requirement for 70 fress engineer,. If Ecil have many projects then how can they terminate us until and unless we have 1.5years experience in many projects in ECIL like as.. Election duty, Parliament security system, Delhi police Cctv project etc.. I want to say that Ecil destroy future of many engineers because as Ecil experience basis we can't get any job opportunities 😔 Shame on Ecil🙏🙏...Read More

The culture of ECIL very bad, Many senior employees treat us as a labour, but we r well educated professional as well they are. And Also they never supportive for any kinds of problems. And also the management system of ECIL very poor they work like uneducated employees.. I have one suggestion for Ecil that's please respect every contractual employees because they work for your company with full responsibility like as his own. But they didn't get appreciation from Ecil.. Ecil always apply use and through policy for contractual employees.. Please change these cheap management until many engineers committed suicide 😔...Read More
