List is long even i cannot mention all- 1. Management means nothing here. All policies are employer friendly there is nothing for employees. 2. Gender inequality. 3. No medical policy or i can say they have few to show during audits. 4. No new learnings even you forgot your own skills while working here. They will destroy your career. 5. Professionalism is extinct here. 6. Organization is full of lickers with verbal and mental abuse. 7. They have 1.5 years of bond to trap you and even 3 months of bind after appraisal. Because they know their value very well. 8. Designation doesn't have "Status" director will be there in your daily standup call. 9. During pandemic they have deducted 50% salaries for 10 months and not provided any asset to work. Pressurized their employees to buy system on their own. Its being horrible working in Ebix, I am cursing the day when I started working for this firm. Their inhuman behaviour has crossed every limit during this pandemic, they have asked us to WFH, inspite if using our own electricity, internet connection and working long hours they are not even providing us our salary in full. Forget about appraisal and all on time. They don't even know how to run a company where so called a term "employee satisfaction" exists. They don't deserve to run a company. It should be sealed and awarded a penalty of billion dollars for exploiting employee at its peak....Read More

There is nothing to like about this organisation, can only say if someone has a very bad fate related to work than that person would definitely join EBIX. They are aquiring companies on weekly and monthly basis but don't have money to pay their employees full salary in this pandemic.

There are multiple things to dislike 1.No career growth 2.No appraisal cycle like It takes 2-4 years , only management knows when they want to give appraisals 3.Not covering Insurance since last 1 years 5.Stopped all facilities like meal , gym other things 6.No teams gathering and party interaction 7.No onsite opportunities

In airport branch, Since lockdown started on March next month salary has been reduced by 50 % next month no salary, no medicial insurance has been provided. Our incentives also been holded
