Its being horrible working in Ebix, I am cursing the day when I started working for this firm. Their inhuman behaviour has crossed every limit during this pandemic, they have asked us to WFH, inspite if using our own electricity, internet connection and working long hours they are not even providing us our salary in full. Forget about appraisal and all on time. They don't even know how to run a company where so called a term "employee satisfaction" exists. They don't deserve to run a company. It should be sealed and awarded a penalty of billion dollars for exploiting employee at its peak....Read More

There is nothing to like about this organisation, can only say if someone has a very bad fate related to work than that person would definitely join EBIX. They are aquiring companies on weekly and monthly basis but don't have money to pay their employees full salary in this pandemic.
