Dislikes
Increments once in every one-and -half year or sometimes 2 years. Delayed career growth. Will have to work on obsolete frameworks like struts1.x, ejb. No benefits, nor even life insurance. Salary deducted during pandemic times. No fixed Policy. Policy can be changed conveniently for the benefit of the company and management and not for the employees.
