Technology stack is latest. Projects are based on Spring Boot, Java 11, React. CI/CD is implemented

Resource management is pathetic. Devs are made to work for multiple clients simultaneously. High level of multitasking is required. Have to be available whenever client calls.

Best company to work with. So Many technical challenges which will help grow the technical skills. All latest technology are in use in development. Lots of learning scope. Best supporting management although some exceptions are there. Hike and bonus increase are more than market standards.

Only ctc they offered to me

Dislikes

Very bad work culture and no scope for learning. Difficult to communicate and work with Chinese people as they dont provide any documentation. Indian manager/head is arrogant and very unprofessional and if you working with him then your life is hell.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
