Dislikes

There's no work life balance, Monday to Friday office timings are 9am to 6pm, you after 6pm you are expected to be live doing WFH. Competitively less salary and there's even monopoly of IIT BHU people. So if you aren't one of them it's hard to stay there for a long term and they expect a lot of work, being a startup that's understandable but still you won't be happy here. So better to avoid :)

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
