Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and comfortable and management is very transparent. The company policies are good, and fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year...

Very peaceful atmosphere to work. Specially for women they have "Crèche" facility, occasionally they organizer health camps, mental health care, events organising etc..

Salary hike very low ratio for outsourced or contract employees.

Not boring, not exciting but smooth and relaxing...only in some urgent situations we get hectic work.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
