Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. There is less or no vertical growth within the organisation due to a small team. Most of the components of the CTC is compensation based and incentive structure is very low and vague as compared to the revenue generated. The incentive generated is paid annually, which is again a setback.

I was in-charge of sales & marketing of HR training courses that it offers. Also I was into tele-recruitment, training and administration.

Company has a good leadership from promoter himself, all the employees have direct access to the MD, Immense learning from his knowledge sharing sessions. Mutual understanding among the teams is very good, no politics involved as the teams are small. You can manage your work life balance as working hours are 9:30 am to 6 pm but it's for 6 days. No work in shifts.

Dislikes

All Saturdays are working so difficult to manage your personal work. Company is a family owned business, so conflict of interests between father & son. Employees are not guided clearly about their individual roles and responsibilities. Efforts can't be seen from management to expand the business avenues. Salary is not at par with market rate.
