Without clear knowledge of project or client , they are blindly recruiting resources. After 1-2 months they will give LWD as client doesn't have project. While joining they will give great offers but don't trust them.

They gave training and after that placed in client environment quickly.i didn't wait much time to on board to th he client. The process very quickly finished.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
