Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of comprehensive experience in Salesforce development, administration, and implementation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing Salesforce teams and projects, including mentoring developers and guiding technical decisions.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, CPQ).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) development.
- Solid experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including data security, sharing rules, and user permissions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Architect certifications - Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, considering best practices and future needs.
- Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization techniques.
- Mentor and coach Salesforce developers, fostering their technical growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, tools, and technologies to enhance our Salesforce capabilities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of Salesforce best practices and standards within the organization.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
