I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

Dislikes

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. There is no budget for team party or team outing . There is no transition happening due to which international travels are not there.

I will say it is very good as compare to other companies but taking leave iscdifficult as there are no proper back up as people are leaving in bulk at once.
