Appraisal cycles are pathetic, infact no proper timeline followed, though they give good percentage but you never know when you'll get it.

Great work life balance, Good work environment and team leads and managers are also very helpful and supportive. Only problem is the higher management who does not give proper hike. Compensation is always very lower than other companies. Also, deserving employees have to fight for their promotion always otherwise they won't get promotion easily. DXC has its own products and also it is a service based company. I am working with Company's own product where i don't feel any positivity here....they don't guide nor help you in any way like other organization do in initial days(KT or Functional domain). No appreciation to the people who are well deserved and coming to payroll: Nohike expectation(Annual interments.) Finally I don't recommend to go with DXC, I say it to keep as last option. My Likes: Good security if your working its own products Flexibility Dislikes: Work culture is totally different when you compare to other organizations. Almost of all Management people have settled in DXC for so long time and they demand on their employees. Hr people, I feel like they are totally controlled by management people here....
