No work life balence, won't get paid extra for any over time you put in, expected naturally to work longer hours than required. Again, there are some employees that has good work life balence in DXC, depends on the team you're working with.

Too much of politics made me resign the company, after working 8 long years I didn't get promoted and I am an SAP S/4 HANA CERTIFIED, but manager don't value it. Manager doesn't even have proper managerial/technical knowledge. My manager even hired his wife and TL's wife , many other relatives who doesn't even know how to login SAP instances and asked me to train them. And the first preference for hikes will only given to them and the people who praises him. When I ask for hike /promotion he always used to blame previous manager , being the well experienced and certified employee they didn't even treated me well. When I resigned he didn't even bothered about it and I doesn't had a proper farewell.I myself took initiation and talked in my last team meeting and my manager's manager has asked appologies in front of all the team members for his behaviour. I didn't quit the company, I just quit my boss. I am now at happy palce, got onsite opportunity with 200per hike....Read More
