I don't like the work- life balance, no job security is there.

Intentionally management push employees to put down the paper or give resignation, by giving high work pressure and torchering in work life. I am serving notice period and no HR connected till now. I was surprised that there is no value of employees at all. I am not at all satisfied with the management and HR.

Dxc is a very good platform for the freshers and also for experienced candidates. And the working environment is also good in Dxc

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.

DXC offers trainings and reimbursed certification costs but won't offer you any project to work for in that tech stack.

Do not expect any increment. Once in 3 to 4 years, you will get and too, it will be 2 to 4% increment and that's it.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Seniors are very helpful. Good work life balance. Can learn a lot as a fresher by completing courses from udemy and LinkedIn learning for free.

Less development project opportunities for freshers . Less salary and minimal hike.
