DXC work from home is good, but they will recruit for good salary when they need resources and ask them to leave once they achieved their work, managers do not work ethically. Not much learning, no good management with respect to technical aspect, they never work towards providing a good service to the customer. Providing service and better service is different....Read More

Dislikes

No salary hike, not much employee benefit, managers are not that talented, they have become managers as they were in DXC for longer period nothing else, no growth, lot of attrition rate and they sack employees unnecessarily. Health insurance only for employee family and not for parents.
