Work culture, all teammates are friendly Manager supports more to grow, Balanced work life, DXC Recognise and rewards the employees quarterly basis which makes individuals to perform more and contribute towards organization.

As of now nothing I came cross, Everything is going good.

No night shift allowance No over time allowance Average duty 12 hrs. No proper support from senior or company. No leave No weak off.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

Dislikes

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.

No promotions No salary appraisal or other benefits Politics in management within particular projects ( never received vouchers even after completing the training for ITIL and found that it was given to some people to whom they are interested)

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
