All old people are holding key positions and have no work etiquette, ethics. Will treat you like a slave. People joined at higher level from other companies use DXC as stepping stone and talk superficially, contribution on ground zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. Work culture, all teammates are friendly Manager supports more to grow, Balanced work life, DXC Recognise and rewards the employees quarterly basis which makes individuals to perform more and contribute towards organization.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
