Job security used to be good but recently layoffs happened after the aquition by ss&c. No scope for learning and many legacy technologies. Some projects does not have much work. Work life balance good and many cultural activities. Hike is average like 6%. Good maternity policy. Leave encashment.

Great place to work, provides career development training, business communication, developing self and lots more. Job security is there. Good career growth and good salary. DST has good travelling policies and it's great place to work.

Dislikes

Policies are not employee friendly, particularly additional benefits which is provided by the company based upon the employee performance at the year end. As well as lots of work load is there.

As I am currently working in US Health Insurance process, it's great field to work and lots of opportunities are there outside. It's a great job. Now a days the term Health insurance is increasing day by day in India as well.

DST doesn't differentiate in terms of access with offshore and onshore unless it is legal jurisdiction. The more you show your talent and give confidence to onshore.Onshore is willing to work with you. Leaves are good WFH is good facility Maternity leaves good for female employees.

Dislikes

Team mates here are very closed and hardly talk. Appraisals so far were ok No onshore travel,very few opportunities limited to managers. Politics among some projects is nasty Offshore management not supportive at all. Management never disagrees with Onshore or more like have discussion they just say yes to what onshore says. Even there is open door policy but is not followed. The manager may blast you. People shout on the floor and seemed less corporate like culture....Read More

Work Details

Working for DST in my project was hectic but work wise more than satisfact pory. But projects like mine needs more resources to handle load. Due to lack of resources we suffer from work life balance and management is least bothered.
