Good for people with no ambition. Not a lot of work so have to stay at office doing time pass like watching YouTube or roaming around with friends for chai or going to canteen.

Dislikes

The appraisals are really poor. Teammates are really bad which are from Hyderabad. A lot of politics and a lot of preference given to Hyderabad employees. Pune employees hard work goes unnoticed and are not appreciated at all. People with no ambition stay for longer periods like more than 10 years with no productivity. Overall very poor so not recommended at all.

Not much work. A lot of old technologies are still used. The project created long back have very poor coding standards.

Great place to work, provides career development training, business communication, developing self and lots more. Job security is there. Good career growth and good salary. DST has good travelling policies and it's great place to work.

Policies are not employee friendly, particularly additional benefits which is provided by the company based upon the employee performance at the year end. As well as lots of work load is there.

As I am currently working in US Health Insurance process, it's great field to work and lots of opportunities are there outside. It's a great job. Now a days the term Health insurance is increasing day by day in India as well.
