There is nothing like that. Wait wait! The only thing about Droidal is, there is no or less Notice Period You will get the exit within 15 days from resignation because they don't to pay for the days you are in notice period

Dislikes

-Poor project planning -No recognition -False committed to all the clients -Leads enforce us to do gimmick the project and get screwed, and put the blame on developers -you have to work atleast for 14 hours a day -you have to work on weekends sometimes and on holiday, but no incentives paid. -Even if you take 1 day sick leave they ask you to submit MC else it will be LOP -in the name of Automation, the developers does the work manually -No proper KT or Documentation, -no opportunity to grow -they beshame you in a meeting irrespective of your designation -finally, you have to work like bot, meaning work without holiday, 24 hours round the clock, no leaves, no recognition, no sleep, no increment or benefits, no guidance or support, poor infrastructure IT. -they recruit senior developers just to mentor the interns and in 3 months they will fire them with silly reason...Read More
