During the initial months, a minimum dedication of 35 hours is required for training, coaching, and workflow management, ensuring you are fully equipped with the skills needed to excel in the role. 3. Our pricing strategy includes both private and published contracts, offering competitive rates and commission opportunities for everyone involved. 4. Inbound call handling is introduced gradually, giving our agents the chance to handle new requests and sales from the queue with confidence and readiness. 5. We highly appreciate our team's sales efforts. It's important to note that we do not reject sales if additional products are not sold.
