Its very hard to say what I like about this company, as Company is not defined by its building or infrastructure but by the management and employees specially the seniors one. One think to mention is that they have lot of projects going on

As a employee you cannot work here(in this culture) if you are not in habit of DONKEY HEAD licking. There are many 'head of the team' members working there from like 10-15 years. They wont let you go up to managing levels. You will be treated as a machine providing continous output from 10 to 7 and if there is no output for even a minute they will show you a calculator showing calculated loss for company you have made. Forget about any credits or bonuses or appraisals until you have passed 10 years there. Its says CMMI level 3 but I don't know why head HR has full involvement in the project management and you have to discuss the project status with the HR. FOr time, you will be treated as criminal if you arrived 10 min late to office but you will be entitled as hardworking if you leave at 9 PM. Your role will never be defined like what you have to do but you have to assume everything. At last I will not recommend this company to freshers and juniors engineers and as mention those who do not like DONKEY HEAD lickers....Read More
