A good company to work at.People are nice there.

Not much but since there is room for improvement everywhere so I would like to say team structure can be strengthened and hierarchy can be improved by introducing new positions

Employee remuneration and benefits are sub-par to industry standards. There is screen monitoring anx expect you to sit for 9 hours continuously even if there is no work.
